Service Agreement & Terms
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:
1. Monthly Service Charges
You agree to pay the monthly subscription charge as per the selected service plan.
Payments must be made in advance to ensure uninterrupted service.
Non-payment or delayed payment may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
2. Daily Advertisement Spend
You are required to transfer the daily ad spend amount by 7:30 PM each day.
Failure to transfer the required amount on time will result in an automatic pause of your campaign.
Continued non-payment may lead to permanent suspension of services.
3. Toll-Free Recharge Plan
A Toll-Free Monthly Recharge Plan of ₹1,499 is applicable.
This plan includes 1,000 free minutes per month for customer support and service inquiries.
Beyond the allocated free minutes, a charge of ₹1.49 per minute will apply.
The plan renews automatically every month unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date.
4. ID Card & Billing Documentation
Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive an official ID card and a bill book format for record-keeping.
These documents serve as proof of your subscription and service usage and must be retained for verification purposes.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds: All payments made are non-refundable, including subscription fees and advertisement spends.
Service Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests made after this period will apply to the following billing cycle.
Ad Spend Adjustments: Any unused advertisement spend will not be refunded but may be adjusted in future campaigns at our discretion.
6. Terms of Use & Legal Compliance
By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
All payments are non-refundable and services are non-transferable.
In case of any disputes, the decision of the service provider shall be final and binding.
Any violation of these terms may result in legal action and permanent service termination.
